Terms and Conditions of the Website
The CB Malta Corporation Limited ("CBM") requires that all the visitors to its web site on the Internet ( the "Site") adhere to the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing the Site you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please print out the T&C.
1. LAWS AND REGULATIONS
The CB Malta Corporation Limited ("CBM") is registered in Malta under company number C 42580. Its registered address is 12 Tigne Place, office 1-1, Tigne Street, Sliema, SLM 3173, Malta.
CBM is licensed in Malta and regulated by the Maltese Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LGA). The LGA is a public single regulatory body that is responsible for the governance of all forms of gaming operated from that jurisdiction. 2. MINIMUM AGE
You must be at least the minimum age of 18 years old to register and join this site and to hold an account (if the territory from which you are playing requires you to be older than 18, then you must be at least the minimum age specified by the applicable local laws). This includes playing the games (both for fun and for real) and using the game console chat functionality. CBM reserves the right to invalidate accounts if we find a player is less than the minimum age and we may request additional information to confirm a player's age at any time. Any player found to be under the minimum age will have their account frozen and their winnings will be null and void. No claim shall lie against CBM in the event the balance is remitted to the Authority in these circumstances, as the Operator is obliged to forfeit those funds to the Authority.
3. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

Daily Express Bingo will maintain the confidentiality of all user communications which contain personal user information and which are transmitted directly to Daily Express Bingo, except as required by law or as disclosed in our Privacy Statement.
8. LINKED INTERNET SITES
Daily Express Bingo prohibits caching, hypertext linking to the Site without authorization, and the framing of any Content available through the Site. Daily Express Bingo reserves the right to disable any unauthorized links or frames and specifically disclaims any responsibility for the Content available on any other Internet sites linked to the Site. Access to any other Internet sites linked to the Site is at the user's own risk.
9. TRANSMISSION OF PERSONAL DATA
User acknowledges and agrees that by providing Daily Express Bingo with any personal or proprietary user information through the Site, user consents to the transmission of such personal or proprietary user information over international borders as necessary for processing in accordance with Daily Express Bingo's Privacy Statement.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Daily Express Bingo reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time and users are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any changes to these Terms and Conditions.
11. VIOLATIONS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Daily Express Bingo reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Site.
12. ACCESS TO PASSWORD PROTECTED/SECURE AREAS
Access to and use of password protected and/or secure areas of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas of the Site may be subject to prosecution.
13. USE OF "COOKIE" FILE FEATURES
Daily Express Bingo reserves the right to store information on a user's computer in the form of a 'cookie' or similar file for purposes of modifying the Site to reflect users' preferences. Daily Express Bingo's Privacy statement in the FAQ provides additional information regarding the use and restrictions of private information.
14. JURISDICTION / GOVERNING LAW / VENUE
These Terms and Conditions will be construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to the conflicts of law provisions thereof. Users of this Site agree that the venue for resolution of any dispute, claim, or action arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be in a court located in Malta. Users of this Site consent to the jurisdiction of the court selected by Daily Express Bingo and waive any claim that the venue selected by Daily Express Bingo lacks personal jurisdiction over such Users or that such venue is a forum non-convenience.
